Physical and mental activity is key to healthy aging. Studies show that remaining active improves mood and cognition as well as strength and mobility. At Congregational Home, our Activities department is dedicated to the philosophy of nourishing the mind, body and spirit. Exercise groups, social hours, worship services and pet therapy are a small sampling of what we offer our residents.
