Assisted Living - Abundant Life Program

A friendly smile, a caring touch and an open heart make the difference in our
Abundant Life Program

What is the Abundant Life Program?

Abundant Life is a memory enhancement program that has been specifically designed for Congregational Home's Assisted Living residents who are experiencing memory difficulties. The program offers both physical and mental exercises, and assists residents in developing strategies that allow them to cope with their changing cognition.

Abundant Life is a supportive program for residents to proactively work on their brain fitness, and it is an opportunity to connect with others who are also experiencing the challenge of memory loss. This program brings residents together, Monday through Friday, eight hours each day. It is offered exclusively to residents of Congregational Home and is not open to the public.

Abundant Life was developed through the collaboration of the following departments:
• Activities • Social Services • Admissions • Nursing • Pastoral Care
